Cancellation Policy
At Trippers Shield LLP, we are committed to providing a seamless and hassle-free experience for our customers. If you are eligible for a cancellation of assistance service and have adhered to the stipulated conditions, refunds will be processed in accordance with the following terms and conditions:
Refund Processing Timeline
- Standard Refund Period: Refunds will be processed within 14 working days from the date of approval of your cancellation request.
- Eligibility Confirmation: Refund processing begins only after the submission of all required documents before the service start date and there on, verification of those submitted documents.
Eligibility for Refund
A refund will be issued if:
- The cancellation request in written with all required documents should be made at least one day prior to the scheduled start date of the trip.
- The customer should / had not availed any claim under the head of Travel Insurance offered as a part of our services.
- Valid documentation is provided, such as:
o Visa rejection letter (if applicable).
o Proof of non-travel (e.g., passport copy).
o Evidence supporting unforeseen circumstances leading to trip cancellation.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
No refunds will be provided in the following cases:
- If the cancellation request is made on or after the trip’s scheduled start date.
- If the traveller voluntarily decides not to travel without valid reasons covered under the services offered.
- If any claim has already been registered under the travel insurance offered as a part of our services.
- If cancellation conditions specified in the travel insurance policy offered as a part of services are not met.
Refund Process
- Submission of Request: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our designated customer service portal, along with all required documentation.
- Verification: Our team will verify the submitted documents and assess eligibility for a refund.
- Approval and Processing: Once approved, the refund will be initiated, and the amount will be credited to the original mode of payment within 14 working days.
Nominal Deduction
A nominal administrative fee, inclusive of applicable taxes, will be deducted from the refunded amount. This fee varies based on the specific policy terms.
